Cancellation & Refund Policy – S3Sports

At S3Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality cricket, football, and tennis accessories, as well as premium custom sportswear. Due to the specialized nature of our offerings—particularly customized clothing—we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy after an order is confirmed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
For duplicate payments or technical errors, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at support@s3sportspro.com.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under these conditions:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
You received an incorrect item.

All return claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made sportswear (e.g., jerseys, team kits)
Used or opened sports accessories
Discounted/sale items
Products without original packaging or labels

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the case of:

Manufacturing defects verified by our team
Incorrect products that cannot be exchanged

Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

Check your bank or card account again.
Contact your payment provider – sometimes posting takes time.

We allow exchanges only for:

Sizing issues (non-custom items)
Damaged items during shipping
